About Sonia Longridge

Having trained as a teacher and Education Welfare Officer, Sonia ran a successful Playgroup for 5 years before moving to NIPPA, the Early Years Organisation. After seventeen years she left her post as Training Manager to strike out in a new direction, starting her own business to support others in changing their lives.

Sonia holds certificates in teaching, counselling, management, mentoring, human resource development, Indian Head Massage and nutrition. However, one of the most useful experiences she can offer clients is that she has made a number of Positive Life Changes herself, including healing through nutrition.
